Dealey (DE-1006) Class as built Color Profile
We now
have full color profiles for the thirteen Dealey (DE-1006)-class destroyer
escorts as built (in USN service). The as built configuration is
represented by the Cromwell (DE-1014) with two twin 3-in. gun mounts, one MK 108
ASW rocket launcher, or two “Squid” three-barrel ASW projectors (DE-1006 only),
one MK 9 depth charge release track, six MK 6 (k-gun) projectors, quadruped
foremast with SPS-6 air search and SPS-10 surface search/navigational radars,
MK 63 GFCS, MK 105 UFCS, one SOG-1 sonar forward, and one SQS-2 sonar aft. The
