San Diego, California was chosen to be the host city for our 2013 reunion - our first ever reunion on the west coast. After visiting several hotels, the Holiday Inn Bayside was selected as our host hotel. This hotel is located approximately one mile from the San Diego airport and offers free shuttle service to and from the airport, Amtrak station, and cruise terminal.

The hotel is right across from San Diego Bay and has hosted many military reunions. The dates for our 2013 reunion will be from Thursday May 2nd through Sunday May 5th.

Please note -- this is a change from many of our previous reunions which have been held from Wednesday through Saturday. Our farewell banquet in San Diego will be held on Sunday evening, the last scheduled day of the reunion and checkout from the hotel will be Monday, May 6th.

The daily room rate of $105.00 plus tax is substantially lower than their normal room rate ($139-179). Amenities include a complimentary 1480 sq. ft. hospitality room on the top floor overlooking the bay, a one-hour complimentary welcoming reception, a 3-day extension on either side of the reunion dates at the same rate, space available.

The hotel restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and the shuttle is available to take you to and from many other nearby restaurants. Hotel parking is also free. Reservations can be made beginning May 14, 2012 with a cutoff date of April 11, 2013. Reservations after the cutoff date will be on a space available basis and may be at a higher rate.
