Highlights
Sailors from the USS Benner DDR 807 had a great time in San Diego. They went aboard the aircraft carrier Midway and the Docents spent a great deal of time giving them inside information about the ship with tours from the hangar deck to the flight deck. Bus tours of the City and a trip to Mount Soledad were also highlights. At Mount Soledad they were there to hear a live performance of Taps and that was a special experience. The banquet was attended by 46 sailors including their guests and a fun evening was had by all.
