Lunch Cruise of Spirit of Norfolk celebrating 243rd Navy Birthday saw NOB Norfolk from Seaward side in dress ship finery. Held Farragut Ship Assn,. Inc. meeting. Mad all reports (ordered a custom banner to send to DDG-99, over 100 signatures were added to it, to tell the newest Farragut we are proud of them). Elected officers. 23 new or renewed members. Members now exceed 120. Held 50/50 raffle to benefit Save Our Ships, $50 enclosed. Next reunion: #11 on Navy Birthday weekend 2020, Farragut, TN. Damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead!
