Highlights
We toured a C5M aircraft at the 433rd airlift wing, Lackland AFB, then visited the Toyota truck plant. We visited the National Museum of the Pacific War,and dedicated memorial bricks to our ship’s namesake, the three Vietnam combat casualties, and to those of ships compnay who have gone on before us. The last day we spent on the San Antonio Riverwalk seeing the sights. There is a lot to see in the San Antonio area, and we hope to return someday.
